With views extending across the lanai and catwalk, a second master’s suite has a king-sized bed, and a full bath with shower.

Ample outdoor spaces feature a hot tub, infinity pool, lounge area, hammocks, and deck chairs in a separate lanai. A meandering catwalk over the ocean-side cliffs leads to decks that wrap around the main and guest pods, while an automatic whole-home backup generator round off the amenities.
Direct Atlantic Ocean frontage, a location on the very popular Elbow Cay, and just a short golf cart ride to the restaurants and shops in nearby Hope Town, Pieces of Eight truly lends itself to development opportunities.
