About Lot 101, Abaco Ocean Club
Located on the west side of the peaceful island of Lubbers Quarters, Lot 101 is an 11,197-sq. ft. residential parcel perfectly suited for boaters, fisherman and nature enthusiasts in search of owning their own piece of paradise in one of the most stunning areas of The Bahamas—the Abacos. Although this is an inland lot, Lot 101 is not far from the community dockage in the marina, or the west side community dock where you can sit and watch stunning sunsets.
